From the initial design conversation through to the final construction package, each stage builds on the last. We begin by understanding your vision, document the existing space, review the practical, mechanical and structural considerations that may affect the design.
You receive a working design to review and revise before we create the final renderings and detailed design package used to guide construction.

Project Discovery and Design Direction
We discuss how you want the space to look, feel and function, including your needs, priorities, preferred colour palette and inspiration images.

On-Site Measurements and Feasibility
We measure the existing room, document the current layout and review factors that may affect the design, including plumbing, mechanical systems, joist direction and potential structural conditions. Where required, we identify when further structural or engineering review may be needed.

Concept Design and Preliminary Selections
Using your inspiration and project requirements, we develop the initial layout and begin selecting real tile, cabinetry, fixtures, lighting, colours and finishes.

Working 3D Design Draft
We place the preliminary products and finishes into a working 3D design. This first draft helps you understand the overall direction before the final rendering is produced.

Client Review and Revisions
You review the working design and provide feedback. We refine the layout, products, colours and design details until the direction is confirmed.

Final Renderings and Design Package
Once the design is approved, we prepare the polished final renderings and complete design package, including layouts, elevations, dimensions, product selections and construction details.
